That’s why it was just natural to organize our retreat here. If you want to experience deep relaxation, regeneration and recharge your energy supplies the best thing would be to simply let yourself be healed by the power of nature. That’s why our program is oriented to helping to connect us back with nature. And Vis really makes that possible! To support this process we offer programs of natural nutrition with freshly squeezed juices, spring water, fresh fruits and vegetables and natural plant raw cuisine.

Program of juice and water feasting with colon cleanse will allow you to purify deeply and get back in touch with yourself. This is supported by deep massage, yoga, meditation, sound and gaia healing therapies, shiatsu and ginger compress therapies. The result is total rejuvenation on every level of our being that also brings additional energy, creativeness, better abilities, well being, natural beauty and youthfulness. And a natural feeling of joy and happiness. Did you know that depression and stress are in many cases caused by eating unnatural food and living in an unnatural environment.

For those of you who would like to purify but still enjoy culinary pleasures our Juice until supper program is a perfect solution. This way we don’t put preasure of digesting complex food combinations on our digestive system during the day when it is hot and our body needs to rest and receive sun energy. In the evening when the sun goes down we can enjoy truly divine tastes and textures of raw gourmet cuisine: raw food is full of life, enzymes, vitamins and phyto nutrients so it acts very detoxifying.

For those who prefer cooked foods we offer a vegan halfboard with Mediterranean dishes. You can enjoy all the wonderful tastes you love about this cuisine without burdening your system with digestion of animal foods like meat, fish and dairy which is especially not recommendable in hot summer days. This way you will feel light and fresh inspite of high summer temperatures!
